Since 1997 Il Colosseo has established a tradition of Fine Dining in Trinidad. Chef Angelo, originally from the south of Italy and with many years of experience in Europe's finest restaurants, creates unparalleled authentic Italian cuisine. He and the staff work hard to maintain our high standards of food and service, with great attention to consistency.

We are open for lunch weekdays serving a full menu as well as executive specials. And we are open for dinner Monday through Saturday. Dinner reservations are recommended.

For private functions we offer a selection of unique menus from which to choose. Should you wish to create your own menu, we would be happy to make these arrangements for you.

Our Private Room, seating up to about 40, is often used for conferences and we provide a number of menu options for this purpose. We have been host to a number of prestigious functions with organisations such as FIFA, trade groups, and foreign and local governments choosing our establishment to meet their special needs.
